Eargasms…

On Tuesday, October 27, 2009, Efn Lounge will serve as the platform for the presentation of a lyrical thesis to audiences prepared to validate its undertone, diction and realism; “Eargasms… unheard words for the soul” will be the choice of delivery for the night. Seven time Grammy nominated poet and creator of Neo Soul sensation Floetry, Natalie “Floacist” Stewart, will be the feature for the night. She will be supported by an all star cast of local poets who will grace the stage with their interpretation of  lyrics from their soul; this event will truly be one to be reckoned with. Aside from providing an upscale event at an incredibly chic venue on the surface, beneath it all SHP, LLC and She Scenes Entertainment enjoys giving back to the community by donating to a charity of their choice. The DC Coalition for Domestic Violence will be the charity of choice for this particular event. Their main focus is to support women and children who are trying to get out of domestic violence situations in DC. Furthermore, the coalition offers various programs and educational tools  that encourage the victims to become independent and eventually stable enough to live on their own. Please join them by helping bring awareness to the community and giving night life a new look by supporting them in such a worthy cause.
